Archived HR QUESTION - Paycheck Deductions

The skinny: I had a time sensitive document sent via mail to my store that confirms no more deductions should be taken out of my paychecks. It's been a month and each check I've received since then has had the deductions taken out.

When getting with my HR reps about this recently, they confirmed that they rarely check their mail due to the mailbox being "out of the way".

Can I hold someone accountable for this mishap and possibly recover whatever money was taken from my checks?

You can call HROC (Human Resources Operations Center) yourself and have it straightened out.
