The ETL in question is trying to compare TM's dating, it reminds me of a child arguing with their parents saying their friend got to do it. It is 100% wrong and shouldn't happen.

The one time I tried to use the "if all your friends jumped off a bridge, would you do it too?" chestnut on my daughter she looked me straight in the eye and said, "No, I'd be the first on off the bridge."

Have to say I'm a bit iffy on the whole deal my self.
When you ask for opinions on the inter-webs there is a good chance you will get strong ones, especially around here.
If the DTL is willing to go along with the plan who am I to judge?
I have pretty much given up trying to understand what Spot thinks is right and wrong.

Spot is confused now. We need tm's to do the job, we need guests to pay for their jobs...where did 3.5 billion for credit cards go? Not at the stores! We are cutting hours again!
