If there is excessive back stock and the tm who works the back is scheduled after the unload begins who deals with it?

Not at my store. It just piles up from the push off. Didn't used to be that way. I just wondered if I'd missed something.

If you are referring to the "truck unload", there should be another flow tm on the backstock side. That way, you on the push side deal with the push and they deal with the backstock. The roles can also be reversed and you can deal with the backstock and they can deal with the push. Always should have on both sides of the line for the unload.

I am that tm but I am scheduled at roughly the one third to one half point of the unload. I don't like coming in to a mess anytime but during 4th quarter it will be unacceptable. I found a better situation today after discussion w tms and tl.
