Do I do it through ehr or just make a resignation letter and hand it into a TM? I'm moving to a small town without targets, so unfortunately, I can't transfer.

Your HR should have voluntary termination forms. Ask them for one.

Just ask any HR team member for a resignation form. It asks a couple simple questions like "why are you leaving" and "what is the last day you can work". Turn it back into HR and you're done.

Make sure you work out your two weeks so you don't get marked as non-rehireable. You never know if you might end up back at Target someday.

And don't forget to use any vacation, PH, and/or sick time you may have accrued.
