Archived Immediate Leave of Absence?

Hi all - my father has recently fallen extremely ill and I would like to devote my time to taking care of him and helping out the family as much as possible. Is there anyway to take an immediate leave of absence? Or will I have to fulfill the next two weeks of scheduled shifts?

I've already had to call out a couple times in the past few days due to this emergency. It's a really hard time right now, I'm just looking for a way to make this work..

Sorry to hear about your Dad. Go in tomorrow and tell your HR. People have gotten emergency leaves for these situations at my store several times.
