I am currently a Team Member, I one day would love to be able to promote up to ETL, and then eventually STL. Does Spot hire on current Team Members to ETL's after they have completed the internship very often? Also does Target offer anything to college students, who are Team Members. I know they do Tuition Reimbursement for Team Leader and up. Thanks!
