Archived issues with our orders coming in.

So I just recently became the team lead of food ave and have been doing the ordering the past 2 times. I used to do the pfresh orders and they'd go in fine and we'd get our Stock in. But with McClane the stuff I'm ordering is the coming in. I do my orders at around 3pm on ordering days or earlier. What am I doing wrong?

We were always told to put our orders in by 10am.

....yea I think where I screwed up. From now on I'll have in by 9 to be safe thanks.

Go thru the day before & mark up your order then grab a device the morning of to start scanning as soon as your morning prep is done.
