Archived Login attempt failed

This is the second time this has happened to me. When I try to login to myWork, using my correct login info, it says that authentication failed. I was told by other TMs that your login info needs to be reset every now and then. Is this true or is someone changing my password without me knowing? Does anyone have this problem? Some TMs say it occurs every 2-3 months.
 
It happened to me few days before which was like a week before 90 days and I changed my password. But again this week when I tried to login to workday it asked me to reset the password!
 
Maybe it’s only my store but there was some sort of issue the end of last week that made a few people have to reset their password. That’s the first time outside of the 90 day cycle I’ve had to do that.
