Evening all! I'm a long time lurker that decided to finally make an account and join the conversations. I started at my store in Sept 2012 and am currently a GSA in the TL track (what's left of it anyhow). As my user name and icon suggest, I'm the one always running around with a swiffer wand cleaning the places no one else thinks to clean.

Looking forward to hopefully contributing worthwhile things and not just venting.
