Ok so I'm a hardlines senior team leader and the coverage at my store is almost nonexistent. I feel like I've been focusing my efforts in the wrong areas or maybe at the wrong times. I don't get a lot of shifts as hardlines and I help run the truck some days. So at most two days in hardlines. How do you plan out your days in your departments? And how far ahead do you guys make your plans?

But I have stationary, kitchen, pets, chemical, hba, cosmetics, toys, sporting goods, electronics, and seasonal. Seems like a lot. But four big blocks. I try and leverage my electronics team to help with two blocks though. I also help run the unload process once or twice a week. And then have two to three LOD shifts a week. So the time I have needs to be executed very strategically I feel. Any advice or even any reports to look into would be very helpful!
