I'm Lost! Maternity leave

Hey I just wanted to know if it's possible to get more times for my maternity leave after the 12 weeks because with the covid19 all daycare are closes and i have nobody to take care of my baby

Yes. Personal unpaid leave.

The 12 weeks are the FMLA leave time, but Target also has parental leave which is I think may be 4 weeks now (it was two weeks when I gave birth in 2017). These leaves do not run concurrently so that would give you 16 weeks total.
