Would anyone be able to walk me through what I’m looking at when I open up mp2.0 on a zebra? I know I have the ability to look at how much we comped over last years sales but I don’t understand which number represents this. I also don’t know what metrics to use in my review (I understand the Starbucks metrics but aside from conversion I don’t know what to use for front end or how to talk about them). What’s the difference between sales goal and forecast?
