Archived MIR Question...

Hey Guys!

So I'm an Elect TL. My ETL-SF is absolutely against my Tuesday Morning Electronics Person working the Sales Floor MIR's Tuesday Morning as he thinks it is taking too much time away from them being focused on VIBE. I've asked him what he would like me to do and he hasn't found any solution minus me working them which he also doesn't like cause it takes me away from my other departments. Anyone have any suggestions???

You could have your receiver do it. When I was in receiving I would sometimes work MIRs on the floor if I had time

MIRs are poorly coordinated. Two weeks ago I got one for calendars. If I had done it then, there would have been a 4 foot pog that sat empty for over a week until the new merchandise came, then wait again for plano to set the revision. Thing with that one, is that the disposition was to toss it. MIRs for sunscreen the first week of July -- would have killed 1.5 endcaps, one sidecap, and 1/3 of the sunscreen planogram. It went into the recycle bin.

Our product had arrived when the Mir came down for calendars. Endcap and aisle.

My store the receiver does the sales floor usually, backroom TMs deal with the stockroom ones.

That would be great. I always do the MIR's in the backroom and on the floor without any help and pull the sweeps from the backroom too. I would love the help.
