Multiple ETLs?

Have you guys ever encountered multiple ETLs of the same position at the same store? Other then interns or ETLs in training I mean.

Etl’s have different jobs in the store. Support or visits are common place.

We have 2 ETL GMs but we are overhead count. It’s normal happens all the time. Sometimes external talent is too good to turn down and they’ll hire them with the intent of someone leaving soon.

I worked in an AAA volume store - we had 4 ETL-HL and we could hardly keep up.

My store had two Hardlines back in 2008 for a few years. We also had 2 HRs as we were a focus store or whatever they called it.

I worked in a store with 2x ETL-HL, but we were a multi-level store.

We have two grocery ETLs at the moment (we used to have three--two ETLs and a Sr ETL). We used to have two Hardlines ETLs, as well. That all went away with modernization. We used to have, I think, 11 ETLs. Now we have 7 (HR, GM, grocery, grocery, specialty, SE, AP. I see the AP ETL on the safety reports and in MPM, but I've never actually met her).

Right now we only have an HR etl. All the rest is run by tls :/
