Archived MyTime error?

hi,

i was trying to request time off, and according to ehr it told me to use the 'my time self service' for vacation time. so I clicked on that, and it had me log in. then it spun for a few seconds, and I got an error message that said 'System encountered unexpected problem. Please click the Logout button to continue further.' after hitting log out it just took me to a safari error screen.

any advice?

No, I was on my iPhone, I don't work for like a week and a half and I'm trying to get some July dates off.

I believe self service is one of the sites only accessible on a store PC. You can access pay and benefits/check your schedule online at home, but trying to access things like self service/mytime/workbench from home will not work due to security concerns.

My time access for time off, etc can be done at the store only, like others have said. It is suggested to let your TL or etl know, that you put a request in for time off.

They can't be bothered to actually have decent authentication for their internal website. Even they know they suck.
