Press 2 for Electronics then ask them to transfer you to a LOD or have a LOD come to pick up the call. That happens at my store a lot.

Keep calling, it’s very unusual for what you are describing to happen..... just take screenshots of the calls made..... in case you are unable to get through.

Ugh that happened to me as well. Try using a different phone (cuz one time it was my phone that was acting up). If that doesn't work then there's literally nothing else you can do. So annoying when their phone doesn't work!
