Hi all! I'm new to this board, actually I've never even posted on a forum ever. But I was looking something up online about Target and ran into this site. There's lots of great stuff here! Anyone else in softlines? I'm a brand team member at my store. 🙂

Maybe your store does it a little differently, but at my store, each Brand TM has a specific department that they focus on, in addition to leading the team when no TL is around. For example, in softlines we have co-Brand TMs in shoes, one in accessories, and others that I'm not so sure about. In hardlines we have Brand TMs for entertainment, cosmetics, and probably other areas.
