Archived No more ETL HR?

Some from what I have learned on all the different threads on these forums there is no more ETL-LOG, No more ETL-HR, and no more ETL-AP? No more Flow, No more Plano Team, no more Pricing Team.

So pretty much there are no specialist teams, but everyone is a specialist. I forsee a revolving door of training new TMs, they mine as well just create a new ETL role ETL-Training.

This is entirly wishful thinking:

The A&A E2E rollout guide hints at TMs eventually getting paid more. I can see Target offering more pay/hours to fewer, more skilled, people, instead of the current system that gives low pay/hours to a bunch of unmotivated bums. Essentially you end up with a group of specialists that gets more hours and higher pay AND do a much better job than your average Target TM.

If you consider grocery folks getting a 50 cent raise and one overpaid vm tm each store as a sign Target is paying better, i dont know what to tell you.

Chiming in and saying my store (AA Volume) still has a ETL-HR, and I see no evidence of them possibly leaving. My ETL-LOG seems way more worried (possibly doesn't know as much as we do).

Yeah I imagine for now the first ETL hrs to go will be the ones in lower volume stores. Even my old A volume store still has their ETL HR

Org 2 here, and we are keeping our ETL HR. The org 1 across town is keeping theirs too. Our group got rid of about half of them, and I suspect that next year, most of the rest will go.

Yep... I think the company just doesn't know what to do with that many extra ETLs (since we are still sitting on extra ETL-APs and any other recent cuts), so they said let's just cut some of the easy ones this year and worry about finding spots for the rest next next year as the turnover picks up.

A volume here. We're keeping our ETL-HR, and so are the other stores in our district AFAIK. Our HRBP has been visiting quite often lately however.

None of the stores in my district have lost their ETL hr. However my hrbp told my etl HR that some of the c volumes will lose theirs after q4.

What's this about no more Planogram team?

Can anyone explain what Target corporate wants to do about Plano teams?

They'll drop the duty onto regular sales-floor TM's, without any pay raise. It's what they've been doing with research aswell.

When this thread first started there was only 1 store that got rid of their ETL HR and now there are 6 more in the area...i belive all ULV stores.... i doubt we will our HR ETL(even tho she sucks) our store is still a focus store b/c of the best team survey results last year... the DTL and STL are both gone now so we will see how the results look this year

I can almost guarantee that the ETL-HRs in most stores will go away eventually. Its simply a matter of there not being any other positions available for 90% of the current ETL-HRs out there so we are just going to ride with them for the time being. I bet your district will say at first "Oh its only D Volume stores losing them"... until your overage of ETLs is gone and as soon as the first available spot opens it will be "Oh now its C Volume, Store X just had their ETL-SF quit, crazy how that worked perfectly and now C Volume can lose its ETL-HR just in time for them to move to SF"... Then it will be B Volumes, A's etc...

Every department will have their own Plano person/team. We had a Plano member move to softlines.

We will see.

I just started at an AA volume store with over 250 tms. I doubt that there is no way a srtl can run HR at our store limited to 40 hours a week.

Same thing with AP. We are an AP risk 6 store. I don't see us limiting ourselves to an ap tl when we have 240 TPS hours and 80 aps hours.

Well they might add another hr positions to help srtl hr and same with AP... i doubt it but u never know

Too late, they laid off all our investigators and closed our regional Investigation Centers at the beginning of this year. ETL-APs now do nothing but LOD shifts and TPSs are basically door greeters.

Not all regions are like this. Our TPS walks the store and as a high risk store our ETL AP is exempt from LOD shifts.
