Archived Online merchandise

Hi guys....I have a quick question: online merchandise usually get marked down about 70% (select items) but I notice recently they only get marked down to 30%...any idea?? Thanks!!

With the guest service revamp (year on owned brands, etc) I think they changed that as well.

That was part of the new return policies. Because of the volume of online returns, they had to attempt to recover some of that lost money. It sucks, I liked buying stupid cheap online items, but I'd rather see that money on my paycheck instead.

Also, if it sits for two weeks, we're supposed to mark it down further.
