How much do PA(Pfresh Assistant) and CTL make?

Depends on the area. Ctl job no longer exists at certain stores.

If I remember correctly though, PA is the highest paygrade for a team member. Usually the bump between PA and a new CTL(PG11) will be 75 cents to 1.25

My guess is ctl. Ours is 13-15 as it's a srtl position. Pa is just over 10 for newly promoted pas.

TPS is the same paygrade as PA. But, as for highest paid team member position, I think Cake Decorators in SuperTargets are at an N11 paygrade.

I thought Cake Decorators and Bakers were N09 or N11 due to their positions being highly specialized. Then again, whatever I read was probably from who knows how long ago.

Specialized? We had one go on LOA for a week or two and one of the guys from electronics helped out a couple weeks to keep their workload manageable and it was doing something 'different'.
I guess I could see it being a N09 position but this is probably one of those cases where it really comes down to ASANTS

Not necessarily. Salesfloor is N3 and when I jumped to N9 as PA it was a dollar raise. Even with that and my first review raise I make less than $11. :/

At my store, the starting rate for paygrade N9 is $11.

Started on flow 5+ years ago, $8.40 with the diffetential pay. Promoted to PA 3+ yrs ago and got a .75 increase. Last 3 yrs reviews were O's and 6-6.5% raise. Finally broke through $11 this year.
