Archived Price Change Speed

Hey peeps, I'm a new Team Lead of Price Change and my teams numbers are down (to say the least). Speed has not been our friend, have come in many days behind. I've tried a couple of things and nothing has worked. What are some tips/motivations to pick up our speed (tips being the most helpful)? Thanks!
