Archived Refer Employee

Hello!

I work at Target and I remember seeing/hearing something about Target prefering to hire applicants that employees refer/reccomend, and that it could be done through ehr. However, I can't find anything about it on the site! My roommate submitted an application and I know a couple of positions that are open, and that would work perfectly for them. What's the appropriate way to refer my roommate at my store to help increase their chances of getting an interview?

the best way is to call the ETL-HR and give them the name of the applicant. The only option when someone applies is to put down that they were referred, but no spot for a name.

Just let your ETL-HR know. I don't know if it's just at my store, but my store offers a monetary incentive if you refer someone and they stay through the holiday season.
