What is the difference between team member performance review and final merit review? I know I'm not the best employee and I stopped giving a shit a long time ago, but I'm confused because I got a U under the team member performance review and then for the final merit review I got E. I still got a way higher raise than I expected, but confused about all these letters and what they mean.

The performance review is the comments your leader had to say about you and your score for each of the topics that are provided on the review. Merit review is the average of all of the scores, so if you got IE then most of the boxes should of been checked for IE spaces.
