I am interviewing for the sftl position tomorrow and I was wondering any of you could give me some pointers? Ive held management positions before, but I dont interview well and Im extremely nervous.

Who are you interviewing with? Within Your store or the DTL? Are you a current team member in the store or outside person? If you are a team member in the store that you are having interview is not so much an interview is more a prep interview with the DTL . At least in my experience I never applied for for the Tl position I was asked to take it and they only prep me for the interview with the DTL. Just know what the store focus is and sales and should be good .

My interview was with my ETL HR, and then my second interview with my STL was a formality, where she congratulated me and asked me what my plan was for my new workcenter. Very laid back. The thing to be nervous about is negotiating your pay; that was a little awkward.
