Archived Shortdating Backroom Dairy Boxes

Is there a certain process for it to appear in the SDA. I've seen backroom team members pull boxes in the cooler. I'm wondering what do I need to do to create the shortdate process?

Go into the suspect date audit app in the PDA. Select short date. Scan the product. Enter the date. If it meets the guidelines for freshness it will tell you to pull the item. Otherwise the app will accept the date and drop that item into future SDAs.

^ And to add, SDA will prompt to check the sales floor as well as any backroom locations.
