I'm done with training and I can honestly say I love the job (target hasn't sucked the life out of me yet)! My team members who I was worried about are actually great funny and witty. I learned a lot during training only trouble I really have is time management I don't know how anyone fits two 15' s in, I'm lucky if I can get one.

That's common. I'd probably wait till 90 days to start taking them if no one else is or if TL doesn't like them, like mine.

Terriffic! Spot really does employ some amazing people! It's amazing how much you learn in training. It's amazing how much you will grow to love your job too. For me and everyone I've talked to on Red360, Target is actually like a giant air compressor that pumps life into your soul.

Time management is the only possible source of discontent or trouble, there are just so many dang opportunities and great things constantly going on. The last thing on anyone's mind is putting themselves in timeout for 15 minutes. The only thing worse is going home for the day. Target sure is darn strict about working off the clock, so I bide my time and know that summer will come again...and I will get to work again!

Know your team well & work with them. Your good tm's will cover your 15 mins breaks for you. Just ask them!
