Anyone know how to cure stupidity outside of smacking the idiot?
Leadership acknowledged today's truck yesterday so we are doing a push all but we usually don't. Then today's flow TL did the same thing so tomorrow is a push all unless there is a way to reverse the acknowledgement. My ETL in training said to manually acknowledge it but she wasn't sure Sooooooo any ideas?

You can mySupport to reverse the acknowledgement so your onhands aren't screwed up. But that process usually takes a few days. You'll most likely have to do a pushall tomorrow as well. Get your STL to escalate the mysupport...it might get answered/processed more quickly.

And who the fuck acknowledges a truck before it's actually in the bay or we acknowledge when we crack the doors open.
