in stores with a sr etl do the stl and sr etl split authority over the etls and who does the etl yearly review

Stl does the etl reviews, including the sr etl.

Surprised they still have the title around.
We had a Sr ETL who was basically #2 in the food chain.
Thought it was eliminated during AE2010 or whenever.

Might be an old timer who still has the same assignment from when there were still Sr. ETL's.

As far as authority goes, they technically don't have anything over other ETL's. They're just an elevated ETL who has more experience and is probably in the pipeline for STL.

Some very high volume stores still have a SrETL.
