Just curious. Can SrTLs/Closing Leads pdd/coach regular TLs in your store?

No only ETL/STL can coach TLs. You can hold your peer lead accountable though. I highly recommend doing it respectful otherwise it will be bad blood in your work relationship.

It’s all about your approach. Position it as trying to look out from them when holding your peers accountable, usually that’s received a bit better

I was curious about this too many years ago and was told that a Sr during their LOD shift can direct an ETL/STL to coach the TL, but if it's on safety any TL can coach any TL.

Nobody does this though, that "bad blood" comment is spot on.
