Does anyone know of any way to get the TCIN number if Guest Services does not attach the slip?
 
Lots of Not On File returns lately. Is there anything you do other than send the guest away with the items and an i’m Sorry ?
The tags are attached and they insist they recently bought the items but lost the receipt .
Or I love when they claim: ‘the cashier didn’t give me my receipt “

If item is not on file and they have no proof of purchase of any kind, the return has to be denied

Lots of stuff coming up as NOF in the POS lately that is on file if scanned in mywork
