So a few weeks ago our HR team took pictures of every team lead and ETL in the building for our talent profile. What is a talent profile?

It's a leadership status at your store, that is put on share point for your district leadership to see.

What is share point?

It's a computer thing. Target had one since 2010 if memory serves. It's basically a web app where pertinent information is kept that can be viewed by all of corporate.

It has all of our info on it. What position we are in, what positions we have had, access to where we have to enter our reviews and our quarterly review scores, and where we put our strengths and opportunities and the activities/scores we are working on within those strengths and opps.
