Archived team lead interview

So my etl hr and etl sl want to get interviewed for Team lead so i be one the bench for a poistion
I have to interview with my etl hr then the dtl.
Can anyone tell me what to expect.
I worked for target for 8 years, 6 at current location
I basically know every área
I have help during a planorama
I have covered the softlines floor pad when we were down a teamlead
I am a team trainer
Worked as softlines instock for 2 years Now
Motive others when no leader on floor
What are my chances
