So 18 to 24 your safe... vs 24 to 30 etc.

When leaders read the results they won’t see a team number just age group and department. I don’t think it’s to discriminate But more like a 50 year old see things different than a twenty year old. It also makes it very easy to narrow down who wrote what.

I think @BurgerBob is pointing out that it is a whole lot easier to figure out who the older members of the crew are than the young ones based on numbers alone.
If you make a critical comment and you are one of the 40 people in the 20-30 range it will be a lot harder to figure out who you are as opposed to the 6 of you over 50.

Yeah I don't think anybody under 30 would have written what I wrote, or how I wrote it. They will know it's me, but that's okay. Humans are generally pretty good at figuring out who might have said a certain thing.

Exactly what i ment Commie thank you. I know that my store is very heavy on the 16-24 bracket. But not so on the 24-50 band. So they'd figure it out quickly especially since my department is only 5 people.. would be really easy to zero in on the who wrote this with only age and department.

Quite possibly, this will be my last TVS survey. I gave fairly good ratings - personally I think working at Target for me has been better than when I started -- but I'm seriously ready to exit retail and work elsewhere sometime in the next couple of months.

Results are compiled by a 3rd party company and not given to stores until June. The TL and ETL were trying to not so subtly suggest what they want the results to be.

It's that time of year again - coming soon to your Target location. The strange thing about the Team Voice Survey is: the team is not allowed to see the results! It seems like they don't trust team members very much. The surveys are developed by an outfit called "Great Place to Work".
