Good unload yourselves. Oh. Palletized now. Well you can run to the registers ...

Cashier is probably the easiest job in the whole store, yet people like jb can't do it. That's the only reason someone like jb is on flow, not because they're great workers, it's because that's all there is for them.

I love to poke fun at flow for being creatures of the night that make all our MyDevices filthy and trash the break room like a bunch of pigs, but I don't undermine their work either. I'll make an exception for jb, whom likely sucks.

Heh, are you at my store? Our dedicated MMB pricing member absolutely hates our flow team. I'm right there with her for the most part, my stores flow team is a bunch of frat boys that I'm surprised still work for spot.
That's... accurate. Although we do have a handful of old-timers that make everyone miserable. One, alone, has caused at least 5 TMs to quit in the time I've worked at Spot. I don't know why they don't cut her hours and push her out, not even flow TLs like her.

Use the line listing. Some tv's are f's and some are p's, which is confusing as hell, but it works.

My biggest problem is that anytime a display tv sells, the lod at the time has them just throw a tv up there willy nilly. So today, I found two of the same tv's on the wall.
Ummm, no. Everyone knows to leave my TV wall alone. It's my baby.

Does f go above p or qhat

Nigga what kind of flow TM is still in the store at 2:30?

If I'm in a good mood (probably not) and there's a lot of work left to keep me entertained then I will work 6am to 2:30pm for 8 hours. There's a whole group of veteran flow tms at my store who always work 40 hours unless the STL is pushing us out the door because ~payroll~.

I call bullshit.
Sure ASANTS but I have never heard of Backroom doing the TV wall.
Maybe helping the signing ninja sure but no way are they doing it on their own.
The whining that would come from that idea would be overwhelming.
Our Plano team is full of old ladies who can't lift. The PMT will last help out

U mad. I'm not even flow, im br. Lol

Same difference. You're probably there because it's the only job were people can interact with you as little as possible.

So like I said, they help out.
There's no way they actually set the damn wall
When you have a major reset it it's a nightmare for people who know what they are doing much less getting some Backroom TM in there to do it.
I had to get help plenty of times and it had nothing to do with not being able to lift.
You try fitting a 70" TV into a slot exactly that size, 12' in the air and attach all the cords by yourself.
Fuck that very much.

Im sorry but Fuck flow. They over stock and don't help guests. Ill give them kudos for working the truck quickly but that's it. I rather appreciate certain flow tm than them as a whole.

You want to know the best thing about the TV wall? The line listing is completely bogus because the schematic just jumps all over the damn place. Sometimes you have the TVs going F1, F2, F3 and everything's good. Then it just switches randomly to F3, F1, F2 FOR NO GODDAMN REASON and then it'll flip later just for funsies!

Seriously whoever makes that POG can just go to hell.

I don't mess with what order they are in as long as they are in the right section. We have a wall that bumps out between section 9 and 10, so that is a super pain with the big tvs.

Woo, glad I didn't have to audit the tv wall, put two tvs up by myself

AW you had to put 2 TV's up on a wall all by yourself? so sad...... maybe unloading a 2900 piece truck would be easier for you since I know those thin, flat screened, TV's are soooo so heavy. ; )

It's not that the TVs are heavy but they are awkward.
Hanging them isn't anything like putting a TV that is nice and protected up in the steel.
I've pulled the TVs I needed so I know what it's like in the back room.
Now think about it being out of the box so that any mistake you make could cost a couple thousand dollars.
Then try to hook up the cables which somehow always seem to be at the worse possible angle from where you are holding the damned TV.
I'm not saying any of this because I think you care or because I think you could even do it.
This is mostly for those of us who have beaten our heads against this thankless project.
I raise a glass to you.

Was that my entire quote? Cause I'm pretty sure I helped push the truck that day too. Using signing hours. I'd like to point out, I have to "fit" in 2.5 hours of smart huddle into my allocated signing hours every week. So does pricing and pog. Oh wait, backroom and flow are exempt from smart huddles.

And considering the amount of things that I've dropped or tossed down from a higher shelf so I didn't have to carry it "dropped", it's a miracle I haven't broken anything expensive.

I'm gonna be worried when the PMT puts up the new TVs because I don't wanna do that
