Yes, a Target ad with a Christmas theme had already landed, perhaps even on your own TV screen. So much for 2010's smug "we'll wait until after Thanksgiving"... I find this ridiculous, but I know people are getting their Christmas shopping right now.

There is a HUGE STINK about this right now on Target's Facebook page. My thoughts are the following: I've seen the ad and I think it's cute. It's October and I've seen Christmas ads in October every single year for at least the last ten (though not Target). Also, I'd rather see Christmas ads now than any of those stupid political ads where the candidates lie about themselves and attack their opponents.
Come on already, Election Day.

Anyway, I have to agree. I would definitely prefer an inundation of Christmas ads to the ads that politicians run.
