Its been 3 weeks, still hasn't taken affect. Supposed to be paid retroactively for what I've worked and not been paid for, why is it taking so long? And retroactively next year or asap?

Mine took a couple weeks too... HR ended up having to make another historical edit because the first one never worked. I eventually got the raised and a couple weeks of retroactive pay
