Hi all

Not to toot my own horn, but I was my ETLs top performer. In any event I ended up with $25 Outback Steakhouse gift card in mail from him, and another from the rest of the leadership staff. I kind of knew, as he asked what my favorite eatery in town was and told the Outback, but did not go there to often due to the cost.

That's awesome congrats. We don't get rewards for top performers at our store.. :/ I even got that Be the Best TM You Can Be award for the whole store and didn't get anything. Meh, I guess its the principle that counts.

I think they knew that they needed to do a little more, as we a down a TL in softlines and thus I am running the show all by myself. That is not say that I don't have help from my brand team members, but it really has been me over seeing several heavy weeks of work.
