Archived Transfer Stores as a Team Lead?

I'm entertaining the idea of moving cross country with my wife and wondering how difficult or easy it is to transfer stores as a team lead? More so since I'll be moving into a different region and district. I'm a relatively new enroll team lead (3 months), but have worked at Target for 5 years. Any insight is very much appreciated!

If there is a TL opening where you're moving to, then you could probably do it. If there are no TL openings, then they may take you as a TM. It likely depends on your current store though.
