I'm just curious how performance is measured for the Instocks team, because I feel like the key to understanding other teams is to understand how their performance is measured. I actually would like to know how all the other teams are measured, too: Flow, Presentation, Signing, Price Accuracy, etc. But I'm especially curious about Instocks.

Instocks is percentage of RIGS worked, percentage of task list worked. In some stores it is also research batch pull timeliness in conjunction with the pushing of said research.

Also you always want to try and get your rigs percentage as close to 100 percent as possible. At my store we don't worry about research in list as much, especially now with all the ptms in market.
