What could be the reason for application for on demand being no longer considered?

Open availability and everything, but they just say the standard Workday email of nothing matches your preferences lol.

It was my understanding that on demand was only available for current team member. I could be wrong and something could have changed . It could also be possible that there are no on demand positions available right now. My store has a lot of on demand college students who are working for the summer. You could try again in the fall. You could also apply for seasonal in October and after seasonal is over switch to on demand.

So someone in HR told me those positions aren’t really used anymore. Surprising since the position is posted to external.
