What is going to happen to GSTL's with the Modernization? The book doesn't really cover what the actual tasks/roll of that position will actually be now....

Anyone completed this process and know how it's really going to work?

Will GSTLs be the exception to this upcoming change with modernization?

I’ve known at least 5 GSAs in the last 3 years to have gotten promoted, some to GSTLs some to other TL positions.
