My first review left me completely defeated...who knew I was IE inconsistently effective...!? If someone could pass me the kool-aid I believe it might make things go down easier......

Hehe my teamlead gave me an IE but recently been on his hands and knees for me, for making sure all teams are getting jobs done everyday for like 3 weeks🙂

They will give you that score no matter what. Stores can only give out so many scores of each level in order to make budget. Then the reviewers have to write up the reviews to fit the scores. It doesn't matter if you worked your butt off, its just what score they feel you fit in.
