Pros:
Don’t have to answer calls for backup at checklanes

No one bothers you and management usually doesn’t come in your area

You get paid more than a regular HLs TM

If someone asks you to do something, you can pull the “Mod” area, I can’t leave arguement

Cons:
Having a SRP/Attachment goal

I get left alone a lot, I don’t have someone telling me every move I need to make and most of the time I won’t see a lead throughout the whole night, on my third day of training I was closing beauty by myself so yeah pretty cool but a con is if there isn’t any push or truck, I’m stuck facing all night rip
