One of our newest tls was complaining to the hrtm about how many reviews they had to do. When asked how many: three. Wondering how long that fool is gonna last.

Yup. They are starting to regret that decision. I'd pay to read their review...
Our flow TL has to write about 30 reviews. Pretty sure he has the most in the store to do. But don't worry, the ETLs helped out all the TLs by assigning the grades ahead of time without TL input. So they just have to write their reviews around those grades they probably don't agree with. Should make it easy.
