I had nearly 30 in my seasonal orientation group. There's 4 of us left 2 and a half years later

2 hours?! I can finish in 2.5 if I'm on the ball and I don't have change from the bank to count in. There's no way.

We were supposed to be starting curbside pickup ages ago, nothing ever happened. Not surprised honestly.

I love my cash office shifts. It's definitely amazing once you get the hang of it.

That store needs some serious updating. I also like that half of the guests they passed hardly gave them the time of day.

I got mine at orientation, but we were all hired a month before we started so they had time to get them in.

I'm in California too, is there a limit to how many of these giftcards they're allowed to cash out in a day, or is it a asants thing? I've been unable to get a straight answer from our GSTLs or AP ETL. We get loads of people cashing out these gift cards in my store.

I found out that my store is getting a Starbucks soon, the horror begins before too much longer.

I always love when the cashiers send me guests who need gift receipts, or forgot a coupon. I would send guests to GS for dumb reasons too when I was a cashier, but never that dumb.

They told everyone in my seasonal group other than me whether or not they were staying. It's been over a year now, no word, but I'm keeping hope ;)

Last year, as a cashier I went from getting around 25 hours a week, down to 9 at my lowest, and then hovered around 18 until March. I worked cashier last black friday, there were so many cashiers and no where near enough lanes, it was just boring. I only cashiered about an hour out of my 8 hour shift.
