I'm on POG and we were scheduled to start work at 2 a.m. Our tl called out and our shift was moved to 5 a.m. I wasn't called until 1 a.m. Does Target have a policy on how close to a shift's start that they can cancel? I'm thinking of putting in for a punch correction as I was already on...
I'd get some snacks, go to electronics and get a DVD and a player, then go to domestics and make a nice comfy bed with lots of blankets, comforters and pillows and relax until my store opened!!!
I've been instructed to never M delete but to instead back out and locu a location with missing DPCI and then go back into pull. Is that what everyone does or is my store cheating?
Also, if the PDA says pull 5 but there are only 4 should I just say I'm pulling 5 and carry on?
I work on POG not...
That is what I thought. My leadership outright lied to me and said it does count. My STL told me I can always get a full 40 because I work so hard and help out where ever it is needed. I think they are just trying to save hours this late in the month.
I am a cosmetic brand attendant. You can't really stop people from trying make up. Take the open/used product to guest service and have it defected out. Target gets credit for defected out cosmetics so don't let it bother you.
Unless they are already grooming you for a team lead position don't bother interviewing. The whole interview process is a joke. They have already decided who they want in what position.
Doesn't matter what I wore or how I answered the four sacred questions. They had already decided before I even interviewed to move another team lead to backroom and hire an external with a lot of experience to replace the team lead they transferred. I was a naive sucker to think I even had a chance.
I'm an internal applicant and I was thinking my best red and khaki if they scheduled my interview during one of my workdays and a dress if it was scheduled on my day off. What about to my DTL interview? I was thinking the same dress I wear to my day off interview... I love you guys... thanks...
I am applying for backroom/instocks team lead. What should I wear to my interview with HR-ETL, STL, and DTL? Should I wear my best red and khaki or should I wear a dress/blouse & skirt or a nice pair of slacks/blouse? Or do they even care what you are wearing as long as it is brand?
