No to requisition stuff for the store and front ends

How do requisition stuff on the new POS can you all of ours has the new POS except our GS computers and we can’t figure how to requisition stuff

Our SETL got termed and our VM is stepping down

Our SETL prints out a break schedule it literally has everyone’s breaks and lunches on it and the SCO makes everything run smoothly we might tweak it a bit but everything usually runs smooth

Sorry I have to rant... I’ve been on the bench for a year... also I’ve been doing everything they’ve been telling me to do.. throwing everything at me even doing the job for a week and even doing the job why’ll they keep throwing more stuff at me well the position finally opened up the SETL...

How is it going from gstl to beauty/tech my store is kind of in the same scenario we have our beauty/tech lead moving to a different state I’m front ends now not team lead but on the bench and supposedly next to be TL so I was wondering if I want to take this position or stay up front

So we might be having a beauty/tech TL and a SETL position open come the end of this month and I’m on the bench... just wondering what would be the less stress of the two SETL or Beauty/Tech TL I am upfront now just looking for opinions thanks!

How hard is it to transfer to a different store a new store opening? How does that work do you have to talk to your HR first and the other store or just to your HR/TL about transferring... I’m on the bench at my store and they’re no Leads opening... any suggestions??

Same if they’re there past a certain point I learn their names of not I’ll be like whose ever on register 3 can go to break lol both my SETL’s are new as well and are like you need to learn their names and then they are doing the same thing cause we have so many seasonals

I’m pretty sure our guy SETL is out the door he hasn’t been able to work a full consecutive wk straight since he’s started

How many times does it take for a team Lead to be fired if they call out 3-4 times a wk shown up 2 hours late not once but twice in less then a month how long before he gets fired just curious
