Hey! I’ve worked for Target for six years and just got promoted to Service and Engagement Team Lead… current front end team member! I’ve worked my but off for this promotion and don’t want to disappoint! What are you tips and tricks and routines for those who have been in the position for a while much appreciated!

Welcome and good luck. As a gmtl help with reshop as much as possible. If you want people to back up without complaining making sure the team up front is active and not just sitting there will go a long way.
