    Restroom responsibility mandatory!

Are your guys's stores demanding that all employees clean the bathrooms each time they go in there? I mean I get it, all employees are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the store. But am I little off base thinking that we shouldn't be responsible for cleaning the restrooms? They been...

Cleaning and Disinfecting: is your store doing this?

I notice our store still receives hours for cleaning and disinfecting, and somebody is supposed to submit the daily C&D worksheet. I have seen very, very little cleaning. Carts - we have some spray and towels but cleaning isn't going on all the time. We don't have sprays and towels in our...

Are people sprinting to the cleaning section like they normally do for Star Wars action figures? Also are stores allowing their team members to buy stuff before the store opens?

    COVID precautions

You think Target a (multi billion dollar company) could come up with a better solution to fighting COVID 19 then spray bottles and paper towels lol..

    COVID-19 cleaning?

idk if anyone else has this happening but the person doing the cleaning shift literally just wipes lockers and doorknobs down with a microfiber cloth. a few weeks ago it was disinfectant bottle and paper towel, which was good. microfiber towels do not delete the virus as far as i know.

    Service & Engagement Cleaning

Since getting the email from on high about cleaning the front end every 30 minutes, my store has struggled to do this. Like every other store, it’s been super busy with every register open and calling for back up from the floor. How are other stores handling this? Do you have a guest advocate...

    Archived Checklane/SCO Cleanliness

When there is downtime, I like to walk around my register and clean the barcode scanner glass, the check-writing platform where the credit card machine sits, the glossy plastic surface facing the customer, the belt, and the bed where the bagged items go for the customer to pick up. I was...

Archived Who do I talk to if something smells like mold?

This is a pretty odd question, I know. But the entire aisle full of cleaning supplies reeks of intense mold to the point of feeling sick. There's a wet floor sign so something might've been spilled? Who do I talk to about this, or should I even worry about it?

Archived How do I get rid of nail polish on the fixtures? Guests piss me off a lot!

I tried to use acetone, but that only made it worse. It made the fixture plastic opaque and grayish. And this is only a small example because it keeps getting worse.

    Archived Blue Cleanser?

I don't know the names of any of the cleansers we use, I just identify them by color. I do have a question about them though. Where are bottles in the store refilled at typically and who is in charge of refilling them? I've worked in other businesses before that had some sort of designated area...

    Archived Should I report this???

Today a guest came to me while I was grabbing reshops and said there was a spill in HBA. I checked it out and it was a shampoo spill so I did exactly as I was trained and called for assistance with a special handling spill. The STL was LOD and asked why I wasn't cleaning it up. I told him that I...
