I had no idea what a "4x4" was until our DTL asked me... I'm sure our leadership got yelled at for that one.

I still hope and wait for the day the etls become too lazy to follow up on such nonsense.. If the closing lod was held responsible for ensuring a good zone there wouldn't be a need for a 4x4.. As far as zone accuracy, I bring it up with my team, still not sure why we ensure accuracy for aisles that the leaders over other departments apparently aren't too concerned about.
